We are building the Operating System for Physical Agency.

For the last 40 years, automation has been binary: either a robot is Safe (caged and dumb) or it is Smart (autonomous and dangerous).

Averiom exists to break this dichotomy. We are building the governance layer that allows intelligent agents—human or machine—to operate in unstructured environments without the risk of catastrophic failure. We don't program the "Right Path"; we mathematically enforce the "Negative Manifold."

Tushar is a Senior Integration Architect and enterprise systems designer with 17 years of experience building safety-critical digital infrastructure across Australia's most sensitive sectors — Defence (NV1 clearance), Banking, and National Emergency Alerting.

He previously founded FuseGov (AI governance tooling) and Intelligrate (enterprise integration). With Averiom, he is applying constraint-based governance to the physical world — building a runtime that enforces safety boundaries on autonomous equipment with the same deterministic rigour as a national emergency alerting system.

Founding Engineer 01 — Embedded Systems Lead

Recruiting

Responsible for the 'Metal-to-Motion' layer. Focused on the Averiom Real-Time Kernel, ensuring the sensing-to-inhibition loop executes in hard real-time (<5ms) on ARM/STM32 architectures.

Founding Engineer 02 — Computer Vision Lead

Recruiting

Responsible for the 'Eye.' Focused on high-velocity trajectory prediction, Kalman filtering, and optimizing the perception stack for edge compute (Nvidia Orin) without cloud dependency.

Our Philosophy

Physics > Probability

We do not trust Neural Networks to keep humans safe. We trust Physics. Averiom's constraints are defined by the material limits of the world (Heat, Force, Torque), not the hallucinations of a model.

The 5ms Mandate

In the physical world, 300ms is an eternity. If you cannot sense, predict, and inhibit an error in under 5 milliseconds, you are not a safety system; you are a logging system. We build for the edge, not the cloud.

Agency through Constraint

We believe the only way to grant total autonomy is to define the boundaries of failure. By locking the 'Negative Manifold,' we grant the operator (human or robot) infinite freedom within the safe zone.
